A second dynamic population invasion study from reactive telegraph equation and boundary element formulation – a numerical assay about tumour growth in vitro

چکیده
This paper is a continuation of study already carried out on the use reactive-telegraph equation to analyse problems population dynamics based formulation boundary element method (BEM). In this paper, numerical model simulates evolution tumour as problem density cancer cells from different reactive terms coupled describe growth and distribution population, similar two-dimensional in vitro experiment. The mathematical developed called D-BEM, uses time independent fundamental solution finite difference combined with BEM approximate derivative Gaussian quadrature used calculate domain integrals. system nonlinear equations elimination stability proposed was verified. As telegraph has wave behaviour, phase change phenomenon that can lead appearance negative may occur, an algorithm guarantee solution's positivity. Important results were obtained demonstrate effect delay parameter growth. one tested cases, indicated oscillatory behaviour when assumed increasing values. simulations sought represent growth, well entire elements are presented below.
